Drivers won't drive to the location requested, then cancel as I'm either on my way down the block to the destination building or across the street, especially if you request near West Hall. There should really be a minimum time of at least 3 minutes drivers have to wait before the ride or is cancelled, unless the drivers can actually drive to the correct building... Or let a customer leave a review for a driver that cancels on them because of things like this.
