Calling for a shuttle worked better. Shuttle drivers don't seem to get timely updates. Multiple times we ended up getting picked up by an earlier shuttle and having to cancel the request. Two of us on the app at the same time putting in the same information: one of us sees a 7 minute wait time the other a 28 minute wait time.

This cost-saving-measure disguised as an improvement is god awful. this app has on average doubled shuttle wait times and in many cases left us stranded when waiting for a shuttle that never arrives. additionally, this app doesn't have a function to add riders that are along the way which is highly inefficient. there are several hundred more complaints i could levy against this stupid app. lastly, I'm a software engineer and the app goes against the basic tenants of app design
