I keep getting blown off through secure messaging. I've submitted four messages now in regard to an issue, and I've never gotten a response- just had them close the ticket without resolving anything. I'm thoroughly displeased with them. Also, no dark mode, that's annoying.

STILL UNABLE TO SET UP MY ACCOUNT. ALWAYS "PROBLEMS" CONTACT BY PHONE. DMI HAS BEEN A RECURRING, TROUBLESOME, COMPANY SINCE SANTANDER STOPPED WORKING WITH MORTGAGES AND USE DMI SRVC. MY MORTGAGE IS ONLY REPORTED TO EXPERIAN (?), IT'S NOT REPORTED THE 5+ YEARS OF PYMTS WHILE IN BANKRUPTCY YET I'VE NEVER MISSED A PYMT, NEVER LATE, SINCE DAY 1 JAN 2013.
