Every time classes start locally, the app loses all functionality for weeks. No routes appear, and it tells me to connect to the Internet, when I am connected on other apps, like the browser, just fine. It seems like they can't even use the university's schedules, which are public knowledge, to anticipate and prepare for high volumes of usage. There are no notifications of service outages or warnings of maintenance of any kind.

Love the app. Thinking about bumping it down to two stars only because I don't know if it's a tag issue for the buses or if it's the app but there is no icon most of the time and for a good while there isn't any this week can't see where the buses are. Please fix if it is your end. If it isn't understandable if you can't do anything about it

Alerts are almost good. I appreciate the ability to be able to set up a window of time where I'll be notified of an upcoming bus arrival to a stop I use. Frustratingly though, this alert goes away after being activated once. I want my alert to be perpetual, so I can rely on always being aware of my bus stops. Also, for visual comprehension, it would be very helpful if the bus routes had arrows along the lines to indicate the direction the bus would be headed even when the same route overlaps.
