2023-03-16	Ma*****	I don't know what happened, but the Android version of the app no longer works. At all. I just get "no routes available in this area" error. This is not acceptable. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still same. iPhone works fine. Android doesn't. If I could give zero stars I would.

2022-06-22	An*****	Half of the time the "live" location of the bus doesn't work or even show up. No schedules listed and glitchy as hell. You may as well just print out a copy of the schedule and cross your fingers because it's the same as using the app.

2020-01-27	A *****	Great for tracking the buses, but would suggest an alarm based on time or distance. That way, instead of standing in the sun/heat/cold, you could have a 5 minute/block warning so you could get to the bus stop. Also, since some stops are in places where there's a blind curve, either those stops need moved to a better location (preferably near a stop light for crossing the street) or add a feature where, if you are at the stop, the bus receives a "stop request" after passing the previous stop.
