User Reviews

Overall, CloudPlayer garners some positive sentiment for download ease and as a capable music player, but the bulk of reviews report serious reliability problems. The most mentioned issues are broken or blocked cloud storage integration (Google Drive/OneDrive/Dropbox), slow or failing syncing, poor support or abandonment, and data loss or playback stability problems. A few users still see value and appeal when it works, especially regarding price, but reliability is the dominant concern.
Pros
  • Easy to download
  • Some reviewers describe it as among the best music player apps and express strong love for it
  • Some users feel the paid version is worth the price
Cons
  • Cloud storage integration (Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox) is largely non-functional or blocked with multiple reviews noting lack of support or access
  • Syncing is slow, unreliable, or requires the screen to be on; background syncing often fails
  • Poor or absent customer support and indications of abandonment (no responses, no documentation)
  • Data loss issues (library deletions) and overall stability problems (apps freezing, playback stops, UI glitches)
  • UI/navigation and playback usability issues (non-intuitive controls, misordered playlists, volume glitches on AirPlay)

Didn't see that Onedrive and Dropbox was not supported in free version. I guess that's what they want - get you in, then hit you with the cost to upgrade to premium.
