Zillow cares more about milking agents than providing a usable app. This garbage app is basically useless. I've never seen such a complete and total disaster.

Not getting notifications on Pixel 2. This is a very important basic feature for this app. I have emailed support, because I don't like to give negative feedback. But, got no response. Edit: 7 years later and this app is still terrible. Downloaded documents do not save in my phone. Really worthless. I have to keep my laptop on me to get Dotloop to work properly, and even then....
