2024-12-26	Do*****	This app is the worst app ive ever seen.i havent received my refund for the cancelled item even after 14 days,their whatsapp ,email ,phone call is unresponsive.This is the 1st ever app which scams customers even after being the original app for the dot and key products.

2024-12-26	Ar*****	I don't like their services i ordered 8 products in buy 1 get 1 sell firstly I got delayed delivery after that i got 7 products out of 8 and all the 7 products are damaged looks like used product all the product's seal were opened one of lip balm is out and looks dirty and whenever i try to reach out customer service they ignored me whenever I call on customer care no they hold my call for 15 to 20 minutes and many times they used to cut my call i never experienced this much bad service.

My money I been deducted from my bank but the order didn't placed, and when I reached out to resolve the issue, they are not responding . The contact number they provided is also unresponsive, adding to the frustration. Please be cautious if you decide to shop with them.

Now it has been 6 days since I canceled my order and I have not received my refund yet. Even then have blocked my number. This is the worst app ever. If you want to order their products then go for the other apps. But don't purchase products directly from the app.
