2024-12-19	Ro*****	I liked this app first on 8/4/2019. I love it now - 12/18/2024. This app is awesome. I like that sometimes I randomly pick a place to eat, and surprise I have a payment to accept. I made my second withdrawal ($$) today to help my Christmas expenses. Great app-just remember to use a debit card as a credit card. Download and install.

2024-10-14	Ja*****	I used dosh a long time ago because the app was very good at giving cash back for purchases. I didn't realize they changed their policies in saying that the cards need to be charged as credit to recieve money back. I haven't used dosh in a year and never received an email, text or notification stating that money will be charged as a fee. I never knew my account wasn't getting purchase points due to lack of notifications. So I lost over $60 due to this policy change I was never notified about it.

I haven't used dosh in a year and never received an email, text or notification stating that money will be charged as a fee. I never knew my account wasn't getting purchase points due to lack of notifications. So I lost over $60 due to this policy change I was never notified about it.
2023-07-20	Ki*****	This is a scam. And I don't use that word lightly. There are very few cashback opportunities on this app. I live in a suburban area Just outside a lg metropolitan city. But I get cashback literally once a year. Because of this, the app charges a $5 maintenance fee to what I've earned. Meaning, in 3 years, I've never once managed to withdraw from this app. They make their money off the businesses, etc. while managing to pay the user absolutely nothing. A scam.

2023-06-19	Bo*****	Edit: the response does me no good now. Thanks for nothing DOSH! Original: I had "saved" up about $18 w this app - you need to reach $25 before you can cash out. I had a period of time when I didn't use it, because I got new cards and didn't have the chance to update it. With no warning, they charged me "inactivity" fees and sucked back every single penny I'd earned. Just discovered this. What a scam. Basically they make money off of your shopping habits.

2023-04-12	Ye*****	Was good at first until they decided not to accept prepaid cards, then I lost what I had built up bc.....well... the card my direct deposit goes to. A PREPAID card that I have been using for almost 10 years and had gotten points with before was suddenly not good enough.. then they decide to take the money back bc it had been sitting too long. Stick to ibotta or fetch. Much easier and they're good with my lowly prepaid card. (You should try it. NO fees whatsoever with direct deposit)

Back & forth game! when they had $20 cash back on Costco membership (which is still in the offers as of today). They are giving all kind of running around and I haven't received any cash back. From canned emails to send us the receipt to oh no, sometimes it takes longer than usual, to sometimes our system doesn't pick up electronic transactions automatically and we have to do it manually!, do it then and stop playing games!

To file to find your cashback couldn't be more inconvenient as if they make it as hard as possible so you can't submit. They ask for the date, the amount, store name, store address, a title, a description, and a picture of the receipt. Why do I have to save receipts for months to get my cashback? 2021-12-24	La*****	UPDATE: In the beginning it was good but they just didn't get the partners on board they needed to make it worthwhile. I uninstalled it and haven't used it for a while now. 2018: I am loving this app! I've made over $75, I don't have to scan a receipt or search for qualifying products. I love that new stores, both online and in my local area are being added!!

2021-04-16	Ze*****	Great until I forgot to log in and they robbed all the cash back I had earned with "maintenance fee" of 4.99 for inactivity. 3 times. Never even earned enough cash back to withdraw over the years I had it. 16 dollars. All I earned. Forgot to log into my new phone, and they rob me. Terminated my account, won't be using again. Ever. Don't bother trying to fix this. I supplied Bad User Experience as my termination reason. Insufficient reason, but close enough.

2020-02-10	A *****	So far only giving this 2 stars. Customer service is horrible, takes forever to get a response when theres an issue. However, the biggest issue right now. After submitting a receipt thru customer service (purchase didnt show up automatically as it should have), I'm now being told the offer isnt valid. However, it was valid AT THE TIME OF MY PURCHASE though. So therefore it should be honored. Waiting to hear back. Not sure how long I will use this app, too many issues.
