DoorMan by DoorVi

DoorMan is a powerful app designed for staff members such as receptionists, security guards, and other personnel responsible for managing visitor access to apartments, offices, and other properties. The app serves as a critical communication link between visitors and property owners, tenants, or staff, ensuring secure and efficient visitor management.

Designed for DoorVi Users :
DoorMan is specifically designed to initiate calls for DoorVi users only. While DoorMan enables the staff to start the communication, the call is received by the authorized DoorVi users—whether they are property owners, tenants, or corporate employees—who can then approve or deny visitor access to the premises.
Key Features:
• Initiate Calls for Visitor Approval: DoorMan allows staff to quickly initiate calls to the respective authority, such as the property owner, tenant, or corporate staff, seeking approval to grant visitor access. This process ensures that only authorized visitors can enter the premises.
• Integrated with DoorVi: DoorMan is fully integrated with the DoorVi app. It acts as the point of initiation, while DoorVi users receive and respond to visitor approval requests effortlessly, ensuring a smooth, hardware-free visitor management experience.
• Comprehensive Apartment/Department Listing: The app displays a complete list of registered apartments, departments, or units within the premises. This feature allows staff to quickly locate and contact the appropriate authority, ensuring that visitor management is both fast and accurate.
• User-Friendly Interface: DoorMan is designed with an intuitive interface that makes it easy for staff members to navigate and manage visitor approvals, even during peak hours.
• Secure and Efficient: With a focus on security, the app ensures that all visitor approvals are managed efficiently, minimizing unauthorized access to the premises. It provides a reliable, digital solution that enhances the security of your building or office complex.
How It Works:
1. Visitor Arrives: When a visitor arrives at the premises, the staff member uses the DoorMan app to identify the respective apartment, department, or unit.
2. Initiate Call: The staff member initiates a call through the DoorMan app to the designated authority (resident, property owner, or corporate employee) who is using the DoorVi app.
3. Approval Process: The property owner, tenant, or employee receives the call via the DoorVi app and can approve or deny the visitor's entry in real-time.
4. Access Granted or Denied: Once the visitor is approved, the staff member is notified to grant access. If denied, the visitor is informed accordingly.
