• Direct communication: Patients or caregivers will be able to communicate with their health provider as long as they authorize it via video call or chat. They will be able to share videos, photos, reports and private medical documentation.



• Access to medical information: Patients or caregivers will be able to access their own information from their medical record, tests, diagnoses, etc. in a centralized manner. You will also be able to access information shared by your medical provider such as diets, advice, and gamification to improve your lifestyle habits.



• Health monitoring: The app allows continuous monitoring by health providers using forms and data obtained through Google Play or Apple Health.
