2024-04-29	Ki*****	Please stick to your timeline. Vet appointment was at 10 am -11 am interval. When I checked via whatapp support at 10 am, I am told vet is in some urgent surgery and will call in an hour. Like seriously 🙄 not everyone works from home, one cannot stay because your vet is not available. Emergency can come fine, why was it not proactively informed, why I had to text to ask.
