Unfair ban after making in-game purchases! This game is a total scam. I recently spent money on in-game purchases, and right after, my account was banned without any justification or warning. Because of this random error, I lost days of progress and massive amounts of resources, including paid stamina and gems. This is completely unacceptable and breaches consumer trust. If customer support does not resolve this immediately and restore my account, I will report this fraudulent behavior formally.
