We process most orders within 24-48 hours from Saturday to Thursday. Most orders arrive within one to three business days. All orders are shipped from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh warehouse.

We will gladly accept returns on any Doobzi products upon receipt of your items within 7 days of the delivery date. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item in its original condition as soon as you decide that you do not want the product.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of products that have been used, opened or not returned in their original condition and packaging.
