How to participate

Download the Monte Carmo Shopping app and register.

At the time, discount prizes at participating stores will be released.

When making purchases at participating stores, you must read the QR CODE on the tax coupon to unlock more rewards.



Reward Redemption

To redeem rewards, you must access the Monte Carmo Shopping app using your user login.

In the rewards tab, you must select the item you wish to redeem.

When the reward is redeemed, a voucher with a QR CODE will be displayed to present at the participating store.

Check the status of the coupon through the App in the option "Sent Notes"

Redeemed rewards will be automatically debited from the system.



Validity of Prizes

The accumulated prizes will have a standard validity of 10 days, and may be changed without prior notice.

After the deadline, the voucher will be unavailable.

No changes will be allowed after requesting the redemption of rewards.

Prizes are not cumulative.
