But it's not really a choice because anything you click to try and see your account just takes you to the upgrade page. It still has a lot of potential, so much that I might upgrade but I would rather pay a lifetime fee. Don't say it's free if it's only free for the trial This app is AMAZING! I downloaded it because it can fight parking tickets for you, but found that it offers so much more.

2025-07-27	De*****	On July 4, while trying to find out about the services offered by this app, I accidentally paid for it twice. As soon as I discovered my mistake, less than 2 hours later, I cancelled the service. The next day I found the cancellations were not acted upon so I sent an email to customer service requesting the refund of both charges. I received a return email stating The service was canceled but nothing was said about a refund. So I sent another email requesting requesting refunds, still nothing.
