▶ Access Permissions Guide ◀
To help you understand the permissions used by the app, we'll explain the permissions requested and the main reasons for each permission.

1. Optional Access Permissions

Device Photos, Media, and File Access: This permission is required to upload photos and videos and save them to the camera roll.

Phone: This permission automatically enters your phone number during sign-up or allows you to use the direct call feature.

Microphone: This permission is available for the 1:1 Secure Call feature.

Contacts: This permission allows you to send invitations to teachers and parents using your contacts.

Location Information: This permission is required to display locations on the schedule or display the weather at your current location in the notification area.

Nearby Devices: This permission allows you to find and connect nearby devices for temperature measurements and determine the relative locations of the devices.

Camera: This permission is required to use the camera function in the Neighborhood Teacher app or to capture QR codes on electronic attendance devices or tags.

*You can still use the service without consenting to optional permissions. However, failure to consent to optional permissions may prevent you from using some features of the service.

*App access permissions are available on Android 6.0 and higher. If you're using a version of Android lower than 6.0, you won't be able to individually grant permissions. Therefore, we recommend checking with your device manufacturer to see if they offer an OS upgrade feature and updating to 6.0 or higher if possible. After the update, you can modify previously granted permissions in your device settings.
