Semaflo: Traffic Light Puzzle

You are the traffic light. The whole junction is yours.

Semaflo is a calm, minimalist puzzle game about one thing: deciding who goes, and when. Tap a light to open a road, tap it again to close it. Two cars in the box at the same time is a crash — and a crash costs a life.

But here is the rule that makes it a game: you cannot win by keeping a road shut. Every waiting driver runs a countdown, and when it reaches zero you lose a life too. Blocking is not a strategy. You have to make the whole junction flow.

The cars never speed up. Not once in 60 levels. The difficulty is built out of things to anticipate instead: a third road, then a fourth, then left turns that cut across oncoming traffic, buses that sit in the box longer, ambulances that must never be made to wait, and pedestrian crossings that force you to close a road that was running perfectly.
