2026-07-22	Ni*****	I am an android user and I have noticed that I have a lot less accessibility on the app vs my friend who is an iPhone user. We were both told that our dogs got report cards today but I have not gotten an email or in app notification for it and she can view hers just fine from notifications.

2026-06-02	Ch*****	Unable to login on android app, but no issues with iPhone or iPad. Tripple checked I was entering the correct credentials, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and even changed the password - no success. Emailed tech support with all the relavent details, including the specific text of error message I received "incorrect login credentials". I get an email back from them asking to send a screenshot, but the android app's security policy has disabled the ability to take screenshots. KNOW YOUR APP!

2025-10-09	Ki*****	I love the idea of the app but it's way too buggy, I have to request IT help like once a month (especially after the major update). For the same issues. Also no screenshots or screen recordings are allowed anymore, which is sad to me, as selfish as it sounds. For such a big company, I'm surprised the official app doesn't run more smoothly.
