2025-01-08	Su*****	I have two issues. #1 I can no longer log in cause the print is so large on the screen that I can't see the login button. #2 The portions a very small like 1 or 2 pieces of kibble. FIXES DEFINITELY NEED TO MADE. Otherwise I really enjoy the product for my pets.

2024-12-28	El*****	I've had my mini feeder for 5 years. The app used to work fine but it's been getting progressively worse. First, text is basically unreadable with how tiny it is and the contrast of color being nonexistent. Also, the formating or something is off because on the home page I have overlapping text and images. Now, as of the latest app update, half the time the feeder itself doesn't work and I think it's because of the app update. I went in today and my profile is gone, can't log in just says 'test'

2024-12-22	Ch*****	F10 feeder doesn't like wifi, I work at the retail electronics store where I purchased this from and have tried everything to get it to function but either the app or the device itself simply doesn't work. 0/10 I'll be returning this tomorrow and telling customers to avoid purchasing the brand.

2024-12-17	kl*****	It used to be ok but every now and then it disconnects, then I'm not able to log in at all. This needs to be fixed, think about the pets that may be starving! Colour scheme is a nightmare, you can barely see the text.

It's quiet, it doesn't distribute too many treats at once and I've gotten so many great videos and pictures of my cats enjoying it since the day I purchased it. I'm not sure who told this company it was a good idea to start charging people just to change the quality of the picture you get. Yes that's right, now after the update, to get a high definition picture, you need a monthly or yearly subscription. How tacky.

2024-11-19	Ha*****	The device lacks clarity when viewing, and the picture isn't crisp like that of Ebo by Rola as this is the toy to purchase for monitoring and playing with your fur baby. The clarity of the pictures and videos that Ebo provides is unmatched. I've tried other brands like Pet Cube and various treat feeders with cameras, but none compare in image quality. I will have to say, though, that my pooch is always keen as I been for one of her treats to come flying out of the Dogness treat feeder + Cam.

I tried to reset and reconnect, but it complained that the Wi-Fi account and password can't contain special characters. What a bummer! My Wi-Fi password has always contained special characters! After reluctantly changing my Wi-Fi account name and password, it's working again. Edit: after an update, it stopped working

2024-10-21	Si*****	This app has become awful. It use to be usable and now it won't even let me edit the portion amounts. It disconnects and I have to go through the setup process again and then have to reset my entire feeding schedule again. Happening about once a week.

2024-10-03	Fe*****	The setup is difficult. I can't see the writing in the instruction's manual because it is so tiny and dull. I can't even get mine set up. It keeps telling me to apply for backend location permissions, and the only option I have is to click "settings". There is nothing in settings that will allow that. I have clicked on everything in settings to try to move forward, just to get a greyed out screen telling me to apply this backend permission in settings! What in the world am I supposed to do!
