Our app All Document Reader – File Viewer & Office Reader requires the Manage External Storage permission to allow users to access, read, and manage document files (such as PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and TXT) stored in different folders on their device.
Since users often keep their documents in various directories (e.g., Downloads, WhatsApp, or custom folders), this permission enables the app to:
• Automatically scan, locate, and display all supported document files across the device.
• Allow users to open, read, share, and organize documents easily in one place.
• Provide a file management experience where users can sort or access documents from different storage locations without manually searching folders.
Data Access Limitation:
• The app only accesses document files (PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, TXT) for viewing and management purposes.
• It does not collect, share, or upload any user data or files to external servers.
• All file access remains local on the user’s device and strictly for functionality purposes.
