Cortex - Medical riddles game

Cortex turns clinical reasoning into a game. Step into the ward as the doctor on duty, work up real-style patient cases, and learn to think like a clinician — one decision at a time.

HOW IT WORKS
• Read the patient's history and examination
• Order the right investigations (and skip the noise)
• Commit to a diagnosis
• Choose the appropriate treatment
• Get scored on your workup and see where you can improve

WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT
• Bite-sized cases across many specialties
• A daily case to keep your streak alive
• Time-sensitive "emergency" cases when you're on call
• Weekly leagues — climb from Bronze to Diamond against real players
• Specialty trophies, XP, levels and coins as you master each field
• Dr. Vix, your friendly mentor, guiding you along the way

CORTEX PRO
Go Pro to unlock mentor reasoning on every case, an "Ask AI about this case" tutor, advanced high-complexity patients, and far lower energy costs.

FOR LEARNERS
Cortex is built for medical students, interns, and anyone who wants to sharpen their clinical decision-making in a fun, low-stakes way.

Cortex is for education only. It is not medical advice and must never be used to diagnose or treat a real patient.
