2024-03-26	Ro*****	App crashes and fixes itself randomly over long periods at a time. Effectively, I cannot watch docplay off-line; it can take 20, 30 or more minutes to download one film (tried it multiple times in multiple tablets and phones, downloading performance remains poor in all of them). Now they are increasing their fee for next term. Not sure it will be worth it, and I love documentaries.

2021-01-06	Pa*****	Unusable, I subscribed and installed the app on my Samsung S7. Can't watch anything, video player opens and continuous loading symbol. Tried on several different videos, tried restarting app. Not really worth anything if I can't use the service!
