It's been more then 8months that after taking appointment the app gets crashed and I am not able to join the video call through the app. Have already written so manytimes and haven't received any resolution.

I have just downloaded and installed the app for the first time. To my surprise this app is being used with my phone number by someone named Aaradhya Joshi!! I can even view the person's medical history!!!? I didn't get any OTP verification from the app. App admin team, please note that I have been using my phone number since 2004 and there shouldn't be a duplicate number to register Docon app. Please take necessary action to protect patients privacy.
