2024-07-01	Ev*****	Delivery of medication was stated to be within 1-4 hours but it took 6 hours to get to me, and this is not the first time it happened. DoctorOnCall Concierge on WhatsApp was unresponsive and I had to follow up twice. I was given wrong medications than what I was invoiced (for completely different sickness).

2023-10-18	*****	It takes them 12 days to inform me that the medicine i purchased was out of stock , only after i ask them why i havent receive my order. The worst thing is, in this apps my order was marked as posted with Gdex tracking number given which is invalid tracking. Im not sure whether this apps is a scam or what but i will never purchase anything from them again.
