Installed the app as we have a club plus card and thought we could easily align the card to the app. How wrong was I ? 😡 If it's not server 500 errors , the app fails to process a contact help request. After filling in your details. You just get a "processing" message and the app / Dobbies system just hangs. ☹️😡 Really a dire app sadly lacking the most basic of workable functions and needs a serious revamp. Android 14 mobile.

You have to click on an individual product to see the price. (2) The search doesn't work - not for "Peanut", anyway, which defo exists on the bird food page. But it's useful to have quick access to my Club Plus card, as a reminder of drinks still available and points gained.

Had to do membership in store and it was clear the staff knew it was not at all possible online. Staff in store great. The head office staff are lucky to have such a good workforce. Your website needs to be so much better and I'm over 55, who knows what the 20-50 year olds think of it! Sorry, harsh but true.

2024-02-17	Ch*****	It says you can join as a club member without a fee, but you can't. Select that option to join and it does nothing. Pay £15 is the only way. Not worth it for occasional visits to far away branches.
