First they misplace the items you sent them, then arrange many deliveries that never arrive and tell you that you've missed the driver, all while postNL has no records of them. And then, 3 weeks after the expected delivery date they send you someone's duvet 'by accident' instead of the closthes you left with them. At first, I thought they were just next level incompetent but this is not it.

2023-06-06	El*****	Poor app, the idea is good but tracking sucks and above all they have lost my laundry and there is no way to track it. They constantly switch bags (GROSS!) and they come back without a tag. Overall just a prototype you cannot really use regularly without incurring into poor management. Ah and sometimes the screen is also frozen. Also, the 5 stars are coming from who? The developers?
