2024-10-09	Sw*****	I had to disconnect the services as I had to relocate wherein the DNA doesn't provide the services. It's been more than 2 an months and they have not refunded my deposit amount yet. Despite sending end number of emails and making phone calls. They are asking for more time to initiate the request, which is not at all acceptable. If this is not been handled on a priority basis, then I shall end up taking legal action by forwarding all the recorded phone calls emails to the legal team.

Their connection is totally unstable, goes down every other day and they have no time to fix it. Despite of calling hundred times or raising multiple tickets you only get regret and that goes on to several days and i can see this is happening with every DNA customer. Just chose wisely.

2024-04-06	In*****	Using DNA service from more than 2 yrs. But since last 3 months their service has gone why too pathetic. Every 2 days internet sevice goes down and it take more than 24hrs to get resolved. Customer service person are not even bothered to speak to us professional. So decided to remove DNA and go to some other internet provider.
