This app bridges the gap between the management at CapitolHill Residence and the tenants. It displays a users current account status including any pending balances or overpay. A monthly invoice is sent to a tenants account and direct payments can be made using M-Pesa. Incase of any need to reach the management over an issue in one's apartment, one can raise an issue and receive a progress status of how it is being handled.
