No Ring Call Blocker

Calls from contacts are always allowed. Add rules to block calls using area code, prefix, exact match, contains, or block all non-contacts calls. When calls are blocked the screen doesn't wake, no vibration or sound is made. There is a notification though, that you can disable in the standard way.
