Invoxy: Trade Invoice Maker

Invoxy is a simple invoice maker for sole traders, tradespeople and small businesses. Create professional invoices on your phone in seconds, share them as PDFs, and always know what's been paid and what's still owed.

Built for work on site and in the office, Invoxy keeps your invoicing quick, tidy and in pounds sterling — without a monthly subscription or an online account to set up.

★ CREATE INVOICES IN SECONDS
• Set up your business profile once, then raise invoices in a few taps
• Add clients, billing address and job location to each invoice
• Line items with quantity and price, with subtotal, VAT and total due calculated on the invoice
• Add your VAT number and charge VAT on your invoices
• Add a discount as a percentage or a fixed amount
• VAT is applied after any discount, and both are shown clearly on the PDF

★ SHARE POLISHED PDF INVOICES
• Generate a clean PDF invoice ready to email, message or print
• Preview it before you send, then share straight from your phone
• Add your business logo and pick from three PDF layout templates: Modern Accent, Minimalist Trade and Bold Classic
• Choose an accent colour to match your brand

★ TRACK EVERY INVOICE, FROM DRAFT TO PAID
• Clear status tracking: Draft, Sent, Paid and Overdue
• Mark jobs as paid with one tap
• Dashboard shows how many invoices are draft, sent, paid or overdue
• Optional reminders for overdue invoices
• Search your invoice list instantly by client, invoice number, job, notes or line items, and sort by date, amount or client

★ WEEKLY BILLING FOR REPEAT DAY JOBS
Doing a week of day jobs for the same client? Weekly billing lets you pick the jobs from a date range and consolidate them into one summary invoice, so your client gets a single, tidy bill.

★ MANAGE YOUR CLIENTS
• Keep a client list you can search in seconds
• Import clients straight from your phone contacts — name, phone, email and address

★ PHONE AND PC, IN SYNC
Working from a desk as well as on site? Invoxy has companion software for Windows PCs. Turn on Wi‑Fi sync to keep your phone and PC in step over your own local network.

★ YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU
• Invoices and client details are stored on your device, not in a cloud account
• No ads
• Backup and restore built in

★ WHO IS INVOXY FOR?
Invoxy is built for multi-industry work, from general trade and services to more specialised categories, with templates and settings you can tailor to your business. It suits self-employed tradespeople, contractors, freelancers, mobile service businesses and anyone who needs a straightforward invoice app for billing clients.

★ ONE-OFF PURCHASE
Invoxy is a one-off purchase with no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
