Amplia on the whole is a terrible company, don't sign up with them. Their internet is sloppy and speed cuts at 2 weeks in, been calling them for months and complaining and they say they're aware and their engineers are on it and they say if you're not satisfied you can leave them. They Don't even have the basic infruastruture to run their promised speeds correct.
