User Reviews

Users find the ExxonMobil Connect app informative and useful when functional, praising its helpful features and basic account setup. However, multiple reviewers report frequent crashes, blank pages, and navigation problems that hinder usage. The app often fails to load training videos or update rewards, with some noting significant battery drain. Overall, while the app has potential, recurring technical issues substantially affect the user experience.
