2026-07-16	sp*****	최근들어 한번에 연결이 된 적이 없습니다. 최소 2-3번은 어플을 재시작해야 연결이 됩니다. 급하게 대여해야할 때는 특히 너무 답답합니다. 이전부터 연결문제는 계속 있었는데 제발 좀 개선 좀 합시다. 다른 공유자전거들은 연결 문제가 한번도 없는데 따릉이만 유독 심한건 따릉이만의 문제인 거 같네요;;
최근들어 한번에 연결이 된 적이 없습니다. 최소 2-3번은 어플을 재시작해야 연결이 됩니다. 급하게 대여해야할 때는 특히 너무 답답합니다. 이전부터 연결문제는 계속 있었는데 제발 좀 개선 좀 합시다. 다른 공유자전거들은 연결 문제가 한번도 없는데 따릉이만 유독 심한건 따릉이만의 문제인 거 같네요;;

Waited too long...so just hung up update edit: June 2026. 6 years after my original review this app still is terrible I re-downloaded it hoping it will solve the kinks and it's just as bad. Non stop error messages very infuriating to use

2026-05-15	*****	App works only with a tourist SIM plan on Korean telco networks. 5 of us, 4 who were using roaming plans could not connect to the app, hangs at loading screen. Had to hotspot with the Korean SIM to get the app working. After clicking "Foreigner" and "Purchase pass" in English, everything after that was in Korean. Must screenshot and use a translation app. Many bicycles were tagged maintenance and couldn't be rented. Lots of wasted time trying to use the app.
