2026-05-19	Se*****	취지는 좋은데 앱 성능 자체가 전혀 못따라감. 버그는 기본에 바쁠때마다 재로그인됬다 말았다 하는거 등 앱자체성능은 1점대수준임

2026-05-15	*****	App works only with a tourist SIM plan on Korean telco networks. 5 of us, 4 who were using roaming plans could not connect to the app, hangs at loading screen. Had to hotspot with the Korean SIM to get the app working. After clicking "Foreigner" and "Purchase pass" in English, everything after that was in Korean. Must screenshot and use a translation app. Many bicycles were tagged maintenance and couldn't be rented. Lots of wasted time trying to use the app.

2026-03-16	Lu*****	The app feels like it was designed many years ago and like it has never been updated. Very slow and cumbersome to use with a clunker of an interface. It's very unintuitive to English speaking people. I also seem to no longer be able to use this service at all, because I've been hit with a very large bill that as far as I'm aware, I shouldn't owe. Very disappointing as one of my favourite things to do in Seoul is ride a bicycle around the city.

2025-12-02	no*****	따릉이타고 n년째 출퇴근하는 서울상경한 초년생입니다. 지방에서 올라와 서울시의 인프라중 가장 고맙고 감탄한게 따릉이에요. 관리도 너무 잘되고, 정거장도 많아서 웬만하면 버스도 안타고 따릉이로만 이동이 가능합니다. 서울살이하면서 스트레스 받는 일도 많았는데, 따릉이 덕분에 스트레스 관리도 하고 있어요. 늘 감사합니다 최고의 앱! 최고의 시스템 이에요.
