Djombo Livraison

Djombo Delivery is the app for Djombo's partner delivery drivers. It connects you with orders to deliver and guides you from pickup to delivery to the customer.

RECEIVE ORDERS

• Go "Online" to receive orders assigned to you
• An alert displays the pickup location, delivery point, distances, and delivery fees
• Accept the order with a swipe, or reject it

DELIVER

• Find your current orders on the home screen, and your delivery history in the Orders tab
• For each order: pickup and delivery addresses, driver's name, and a button to call them
• ​​Start directions to the address in your navigation app
• Swipe to start the delivery, then swipe to end it

CASH

• Mobile payment on delivery: the customer scans the code displayed on your screen and pays via mobile money; The app verifies payment with the server and updates as soon as the customer has paid.
• Cash payment when the customer cannot pay by mobile money: a reason is requested.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Djombo Delivery requires a Djombo driver account, which you can request from the app.

• Your location is used, even when the app is closed or not in use, to suggest nearby deliveries and allow the customer to track their delivery in real time. Go "Offline" to stop receiving deliveries and background tracking.

• To order as a customer, install the Djombo app. To sell, install Djombo Business.
