Can't email their customer service, get an error (553 sorry, that domain isn't allowed to be relayed thru this MTA without authentication; no valid cert for gateway #5.7.1) 2. App keeps asking to take a selfie for verification purposes even though one was already provided and approved 3. Pics provided are not approved in real time like other apps 4. Sensitive details/questions like salary are mandatory 5. Profiles should refresh every few hours rather than 1 day
