2026-09-09	Pr*****	Drivers with DOT#'s & M.C. #'s are invaluable to this app. Platform is biased to who they want to offer the higher paying orders to. Imagine having a cargo van or box truck with commercial insurance at $1,400 per month & getting offered $23 dollars to deliver 1,500lbs of item's! They've ruined this once good platform. Whoever is on here will be out of business within twelve months due to their greed & not caring about the contractors. I've sent text about orders & no response. BIASED!!👎

2026-09-06	MX*****	While on a delivery and after I picked up the load, Dispatch asks you to take a photo of proof of pickup. However, when you select to take the picture, you cannot cannot capture the photo because there is no capture bottom shown. Not taking the picture prevents you from being able to go to the next stage of the drop-off instructions. And, Dispatch only has bot responses that don't apply to your situation. This app needs major work 😩! I give it a -1 for ratings.

2026-07-22	Ib*****	i downloaded this app for delivery. i opened and fill up all forms and i even paid $40. i never get any orders. i wasted 20 hours of my time for waiting an orders. i regretted so much to do so. also, you can't contact their support team for help. 😠
