2026-07-22	Ib*****	i downloaded this app for delivery. i opened and fill up all forms and i even paid $40. i never get any orders. i wasted 20 hours of my time for waiting an orders. i regretted so much to do so. also, you can't contact their support team for help. 😠

2026-07-15	Fr*****	literally customer service or client support is non existent. Don't waste your time with this company, the dispatch team is trash. I've been with them a year and because they have emotionally stunted individuals in the dispatch support team, you'll get little to no work. if you're not prepared to be a brown nose, this isn't the job for serious work. pay is trash too. look else where.

2026-07-01	An*****	Half of the screen displays a tutorial (Go to Available Tab and How To Accept Orders) which won't dismiss, no matter which I haven't done many deliveries for Dispatch. I haven't done a Dispatch gig in a while, because when you have the availability status on and it times out after 12 hours with no offerings, it sort of puts the Dispatch app at the bottom of the list.
