Rides were really pleasant. The drivers were quiet well mannered and great navigators but mostly the rides would cost more than the original price shown in the app... (like the amount was shown ₹140 and then the amount changes to ₹160 or ₹180) Also, the cab drivers would call and say that they couldn't come because their destination was far away from mine and often cancelled my rides and it's really frustrating. Really dissapointed with this app and the drivers. I'm giving one star.

They have a non existent customer service which never responds... for my last trip I paid my driver directly as per his request, he told me that the payment shall be reflected in the app... but after I completed the trip to my utter horror I found that the payment was still due..until this point the issue has not been resolved. I have not been able to book any cabs thus far without settling the supposed due that I have already paid to my driver.. I loved the cab service but support is pretty bad
