2024-01-06	Ch*****	Rides were really pleasant. The drivers were quiet well mannered and great navigators but mostly the rides would cost more than the original price shown in the app... (like the amount was shown ₹140 and then the amount changes to ₹160 or ₹180) Also, the cab drivers would call and say that they couldn't come because their destination was far away from mine and often cancelled my rides and it's really frustrating. Really dissapointed with this app and the drivers. I'm giving one star.

2023-09-10	Jy*****	They have a non existent customer service which never responds... for my last trip I paid my driver directly as per his request, he told me that the payment shall be reflected in the app... but after I completed the trip to my utter horror I found that the payment was still due..until this point the issue has not been resolved. I have not been able to book any cabs thus far without settling the supposed due that I have already paid to my driver.. I loved the cab service but support is pretty bad

2023-08-06	Mo*****	In case of emergency you cannot book through this app. Most of the drivers are extremely disrespectful and insincere. Before even reaching the pickup location of the customer they click on the 'Driver has arrived' site so that the fares can be increased by waiting time. Also sometimes after booking, the driver used to make the customer wait for longer time and without any prior consent they cancel the booked cab. This is hilarious. For upto 5 to 6 booking I have faced this problem.

When I checked the receipt the distance was showing higher than usual 10kms instead of 8 kms. The app is not accurate. Fares are unpredictable. While booking a cab , they show a different fare and on reaching the destination the fare goes up automatically without justification. Plus, there is no provision for customer care so as to raise such concerns. Very unprofessional.

2023-07-01	Ne*****	Dont trust the app when you are in emergency. They just use to say that i m coming. After sometime they cancel the ride and you dont have amy option to raise complaint against them. There is no any contact no in app also to contact the app. You have to search in google. Ladies should not book at night. It is not secured as they can cancel the ride any time anywhere.

2023-06-22	Ru*****	The an2 Cab app is a worthless app. i have booked the an2 Cab from Airport to my home. Where the amount was reflecting as Rs. 725.35/-. However, after reaching destination, Driver was charging extra RS. 85/- for the Airport toll/ parking charges. when I denied to give him the extra amount charged, he started arguing with the passenger. When I asked him to show where it is mentioned that passenger will have to pay the airport toll / Parking charges, he is not able to show the same in the app.

2023-06-19	ar*****	The app used to charge unnecessary waiting charges. Today I have booked a cab and I sat on the car as soon as the cab reached but they have charged me extra Rs. 40/- as waiting charge. It's really annoying. This is not the 1st time, earlier also I have experienced the same issue.
