Upon login, the system automatically recognizes their village of origin through each resident's identifier, ensuring that the services displayed are tailored to their needs.
Residents can browse the comprehensive service catalog along with requirements and estimated timeframes, fill out simple digital forms, and securely upload supporting documents (e.g., ID cards, family cards). The progress of each application is clearly displayed within the app until completion. Once issued, documents can be downloaded at any time, while the entire application history is securely stored for future use.
The portal also provides a Q&A/complaints section to follow up on complaints or questions, as well as a profile and family data feature to speed up subsequent applications.
