unlimited is an absolute lie. they start buffering your data before its at limit. then post payment it stays buffered for a few days. even with full data itll go back and forth from 4g to 5g. in the 6th largest city in america. UNACCEPTABLE. calling customer service is an absolute nightmare. its someplace foriegn where the customer service rep can barely articulate english or worse they cant understand your english. IF YOU WANT ME TO SWITCH PROVIDERS JUST SAY IT BOOST MOBILE. SAY IT.
