Vialma know about the problem as the app has a built in page which apologises for the crash and invites you to restart it but then you have to start playing the piece of music all over again and it will almost certainly crash again before you get to the end. I doubt that I will renew the service once my trial ends as it is so frustrating.

2023-02-15	Al*****	The app is unstable on my phone, constantly crashing, sometimes every couple of tracks. Vialma support has not been helpful. I had paid £9.90 for a three month trial, and my workaround has been to play music directly from the website on Chrome, and not using the app at all.

Easy to browse the app and find out new things about a wide variety of composers. The improved audio encoding quality is noticeable versus other streaming options - particularly important for classical music. I also have to commend the customer service both before purchase (confirming Vialma works in all EU and UK) and help on Christmas Eve with a gift subscription. Impressed.

2022-07-03	Ma*****	Downloaded this a few months back and began to enjoy what it had to fofer, until it began to constantly remind me that I was on a free trial and that nothing would play until I paid. What's the point in a free trial of you can't have anything with it? That's not how a trial works! Furthermore, the layout of this app is beyond confusing. Have fun navigating it!
