App helps users in creating public or private events. Sends invitations to the guests, generate a QR code when the guest is accepted to the event. Create tasks associated with the event and assign tasks to volunteers. Track the status of the tasks. Manage events details within the app. Invite guests from within app or send them email invitations. Scan QR code to admit guests to the event.
Guests can search for public events and then register for the events. Add the events to their local calendar to get reminders. Provide their feedback to the host. If tasks are assigned, guets can update the status of the tasks.
