Excellent customer service from a nonprofit organization; staff are patient and helpful.
Nonprofit status provides credible, debt-relief focused assistance and coordination with creditors.
Useful budgeting/credit-tracking features with accurate information when the app is functioning.
Generally works well on Android devices and is easy to use on some phones (e.g., Samsung).

Cons

DMP-related crashes, blank screens, and freezes that make that feature unusable.
Overall app instability—crashes on launch and intermittent failures to load or respond.
Some features/data entry areas can lock or require workarounds, leading to frustration.

Solid app for what it is, they're working on it. The bigger thing though is this company is the real deal, so if you need help with your credit cards PLEASE go to them.
