The delivery takes an excessively long time—more than five days, even within the same city! The customer service response rate on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp is virtually 0%. As a buyer, you're not allowed to open the package containing your ordered item unless you make the payment to the delivery person. Afterward, you can check it, whether you like it, or ask for a refund through the app. Shopping online made COMPLICATED, NO DEAL.
