It is fantastic for monitoring what members of your household are going to unapproved of websites. But when there is a connectivity problem the provider is constantly wanting me to reset the passwords which means that every device in the household needs to be reset. This is truly a waste of my time. But the system is great it appears my problem is more about the staff's knowledge base to resolve a problem without doing a complete system reset.
