App has stopped allowing log in even though password manager is being used. Password reset doesn't work either. Doesn't send the reset link to register email. No idea what's going on and no contact details are available for tech support on the front page of the app. Might just unplug the dongle from the car and see if they get in touch.

Thank god this doesn't affect your insurance price. Pretty sure the scores are picked at random most of the time or they -40 from whatever is calculated. I honestly never open this app and only do when I want to entertain myself with what it thinks I drive like. Stuck at a solid 50-60 score through the whole year when I never speed, have never crashed, and take the same routes everyday. Don't pay attention to this app whatsoever, not sure why it exists or why they bother with the black box.
