Users like the La Vanguardia journalism but the Android app is plagued by severe performance and reliability problems. Slowness, crashes, and background freezes are common, and on some devices the app won’t load at all. Advertising is intrusive and hurts the user experience. Subscription management is poorly handled (cancellations/renewals) with limited support. UX issues include difficult navigation, missing features, and misleading redirects. Overall, journalism quality is praised, but the app needs major stability and UX improvements.

I paid a subscription but the app keeps telling me there is no subscription linked to my account. There is no way to contact the service because you need to be a subscriber to do so, I tried the phone and the web, there is no email contact anywhere, basically I have no way to contact them.
