Have this system installed in my Jeep for approx 2 years. Purchased the 3 yr Plan which consisted of text / email & app notifications when system alerted to an event. Since January of 2026 I stopped receiving text messages. called viper customer service today & Viper no longer sends out SMS Text messages. Also numerous issues with system in general. Open app to check status of my vehicle many times I get error codes on app. I'm removing viper and installing COMPUSTAR T13. VIPER SUCKS!

For the most part, I can always find the car. There is a time or two where the app finder spins, but its not for long; maybe its trying to find the satellite. I have found the car several times. why? my son keeps forgetting where he parks🤷 kids...
