Pros

Core team generation works well and does what it's made for.
Lists feature for managing multiple name lists and recalling different starter sets is great.
Easy to use / intuitive interface.
Ability to remove absent students before generating teams.
Useful for quick team decisions in social/group settings.

Cons

Intrusive ads are frequent and disruptive (full-screen ads, hard to close).
Team-size control is fiddly (slider) and would benefit from plus/minus controls or a numeric option.
Cannot reliably create a large number of teams from a small pool (e.g., 11 players cannot make 30 teams).
Names get merged into lists instead of staying separate (data handling bug).
